Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American performer and actress. She is best remembered for her role as Layla Grant, in Nashville (2012) drama and Claudia Shepard from Sharknado (2013). She also was in the character of Jerrica Jem on the film Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples, the child of Wendy Peeples and Ashley Peeples, grew up in Lake Mary Florida. The younger sister of her is Ally. Aubrey appeared at The Orlando Repertory Theatre in her teens for a period of about 10 years. She graduated Lake Mary Preparatory School, where she spoke as the valedictory for the class of 2012. Harvard University accepted her but accepted her entry two times after which she accepted her part in Nashville. Peeples starred as a guest in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2012) Grey's Anatomy (2005). Peeples was a part of the made-for television films Ace Ventura Jr.: Pet Detective (2009) and The Good Mother. The Good Mother was her character. Layla Grant, a major character in The Good Mother, a Nashville second season drama. Peeples discussed her bipolar illness during an interview with NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples among the best actors aged under twenty years old in September 2014.
