Ana de la Reguera and Ana Gasteyer Bio

Ana Kristina Gasteyer (born January 1 1977) is a popular American performer and comedian. The actress became well-known for her stint as a star in the NBC comedy sketch show Saturday Night Live in 1996-2002. Gasteyer has since appeared as a cast member in ABC Suburgatory TBS People of Earth NBC American Auto or the film Mean Girls. Gasteyer started her professional career in the university of Northwestern University she initially enrolled as a vocal major, however she later decided to pursue theatre studies after she began to get involved with the improv comedy club on campus. She has carried this spirit through her many support roles, including the overly manageable Sheila Shay (agent), in Lady Dynamite, and the quirky Karen Grisham. The whole thing has lead up to American Auto, the NBC comedy that gives Ana Gasteyer her long-awaited starring part. Anabell Gardoqui de la Reguera is a Mexican actress. She's appeared in television series, films and telenovelas such as and the HBO television series Eastbound & Down and Capadocia the Amazon television series Goliath and in the 2006 comedic Nacho Libre. Reguera is a Mexican born actress. Nena dela Reguera is her mother. She was Miss Veracruz, a journalist as well as a TV host. Reguera trained in classical ballet in the Instituto Veracruzano de la Cultura before going on to pursue a degree in performance arts.
